Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations Policy:
Orders can be cancelled, if we have not dispatched the item(s) to you. Once they have been dispatched, they are subject to the Returns Policy.
Special order and non-stock items including saddles, cycle frames and wheels can not be cancelled once we have accepted payment.
Returns Policy:
You must contact us first before returning anything!
You have 30 days to return an item. You are responsible for return postage. We reserve the right to deduct a 10% re-stocking fee, if the goods need to be re-packed
In order to receive a full refund, you must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs

Accessories such as cords and remote controls

Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards

"Free gifts" or bonus items

All items included in a bundle
Non-stock, Clearance and special order items, including but not limited to cut lengths of cable, cycle frames and wheels may not be returned.
Any item that has been fitted or attempted to be fitted may not be returned.
Bottom brackets may not be returned.
This does not affect your legal rights.

We will only accept international returns, if the goods are faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.

If you are returning an item that is incorrect or faulty, we will bear the cost of postage. If you are returning for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of postage. We will not refund any postage on items sent overseas, unless the goods are incorrect or faulty.
